Shipping Policy
 
Hawaiian Biker ships primarily using United Parcel Service's (UPS) "Ground" shipping method. All shipments are insured. All items are packaged in a corrugated container, top quality packaging materials are used to protect your merchandise while in transit. We do try to take all necessary steps to insure the safety of each item shipped. Each item has been weighed before being packaged and sealed, in most instances; the packaging materials and container add approximately one (1) additional pound to the total weight of your purchase.
Hawaiian Biker reserves the right to ship any processed order from either of our four warehouse locations. A tracking number as well as shipment details are available upon request, seventy-two (72) hours after order is placed.
At this time we do not ship merchandise internationally. We will ship to any of the 50 states and Puerto Rico. Items shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico incurs higher shipping charges.
 
We Do Not Ship to P.O. Boxes; a physical street address is required. We do not ship COD. We do not ship to any APO or FPO addresses. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.
 
Delivery
You should receive your order no later than 10 business days from the date the order was placed. This allows for 24 to 48 hours packaging and processing your order.
In the unlikely event your order is delayed, Hawaiian Biker will contact you immediately via e-mail or phone.
 
Return Policy
 
Hawaiian Biker takes great pride in the quality of the products we offer. To insure quality is what you receive, great care is taken when packaging your merchandise. Unfortunately there is no way to guarantee that every item will be delivered in perfect condition.
 
NOTE: All returns are time sensitive. Items need to be returned within thirty days of receipt with the exception of the leather (ten days from receipt) and jewelry (seven days from receipt) items. Your return claim will not be honored if requested/returned outside these given dates. Returns will not be accepted unless you have contacted us for a Return Authorization Number. You can process all claims and/or returns by sending a message using our Contact Us button. Provide us with: your full name, mailing address, day and evening phones, e-mail address, product ID number, and purchase order number, date product received, whether you wish a refund or replacement and the reason for the return. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number. This Return Authorization Number needs to be written clearly on the outside of the return package to be accepted.

We are not responsible for the shipping and handling charges accrued for returning merchandise. We will gladly pay the return shipping charges to send a replacement to you if an incorrect, defective, or damaged item is received, however all return shipping charges will be your sole responsibility.

 
Once the returned merchandise has been received, we will immediately issue a refund for the purchase price of the item (minus re-stocking fee* if applicable) or send a replacement in a timely manner.
 

A re-stocking fee will apply to those returns that are not incorrect, defective, or damaged. This fee ranges from 0% - 20% of the cost of the item, but will depend primarily on the item being returned. If a re-stocking fee applies, this information will be included in the e-mail containing your Return Authorization Number.

 
NOTE: To make sure that all returns receive proper credit once received, we recommend that all customers ship all returns using either UPS or USPS Mail. In addition, it is recommended customers ship their returns with a confirmation of receipt. Please contact your local carrier for more information on �Signature Required� or �Delivery Confirmation� shipments.
If your item has been received damaged or considered unsatisfactory by you, simply complete and submit a detailed email to us. Please be as specific as possible to avoid any delays in processing.
Once our team reviews the details of your claim, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your Return Authorization Number and the amount of any re-stocking fees if applicable. Please use this Return Authorization Number in future correspondence regarding your claim.
 
IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • All claims must be filed/returned within thirty days (ten days for leather items, seven days for jewelry).
  • Hawaiian Biker reserves the right to refuse a shipment to a particular individual based on previous claims filed.
  • All merchandise returned must include the original package containing the merchandise received. Additionally, we ask that the return shipment be sent in the same shipping box and include the same packaging materials as was previously used for shipping your merchandise.
  • All returns must be received in the same condition as when shipped.
�         We will gladly pay the return shipping charges to send a replacement to you if an incorrect, defective, or damaged item is received, however all return shipping charges will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
